I don’t live in CA or AZ, how do it get it?
Call a Feed Store off our dealer list and ask them to ship it to you.
Or call the office 1-800-400-3165 where we can offer Semi loads only.
1400 bags/20 pallets which would need to be unloaded by a fork lift and a pallet jack.  This covers 20 12x24 corrals.
Or
Loose – this comes on a walking floor truck that is 13’ wide and 53’ long.  It needs to be able to turn around and get through the gate way.
This will cover 50 12x24 outdoor corrals.
 
Can I use CedaRest in a Box Stall?
Not really, it’s meant to be used in outdoor corrals or in and outs, because when you much out you just pick up the poop and turn over the wet so the wind and the sun can dry it out.
 
How often do I need to strip my corral?
You don’t need to take everything out, just keep adding a little each month to maintain it at 6” deep.

What happens if my Horse eats it?
Your horse might take a bit or two when they are first introduced to it but it works as roughage.  If they keep eating it then we suggest muzzling them.
 
Can I mix it with Pine Shavings?
No because you are not taking out the wet CedaRest, the wet pine will go black and moldy, so don’t mix it.
 
What do I do if there is a dust in the bedding?
You can hose it down a little and this will help settle the dust.
 
Can my Horse be allergic to the Cedar?
This is made from a Midwestern Aromatic cedar and has been tested completely safe for animals.
 
What else can I use CedaRest for?
It can also be in exercise tracks, hot walkers, muddy gate ways, dog runs and flower gardens and cat litter.
 
Can I put this on top of mud?????
No, you need to put this down on a hard and compact ground at 6” deep.  If you already have mud you should wait for it to dry out.  However if you are desperate you can put it out but you will lose some mixing in with the mud.
